Setting up your club information Before you can successfully operate Club Sentry, you must set up your club info. To do so, click on the Club Info & Utilities tab at the top of the screen. The basic Club Information and License Information info will have been filled out through the registration process. If you need to change any of this information, please contact Club Sentry. Changing your registration information may disable Club Sentry. Settings Information In the Settings Information box, you can change the location of the image (logos and check-in graphics) and member picture files. The default location of the Pictures directory is C:\ClubSentry\Pictures. The default location of the Images directory is C:\ClubSentry\Images. To change the location of either directory, click on the Directory button. Use the Search dialog to locate the Directory you want to use. If you are saving to a networked drive, make sure you have read/write privileges on the computer hosting the files and you have been mapped to the drive. Your network administrator should be able to provide information on network locations and privileges. See Networking for more information on using Club Sentry on a network. The Station Description identifies which workstation this is based on what you setup in the Workstation Settings. Workstation Settings Tools > Additional Settings > Workstation Settings Define the function of the local computer by assigning it to a department and describing it. You can also define which Club Sentry screen appears at start-up. Utilities Utilities allow you to create and define User Defined fields, perform database maintenance and see who has not checked out. To access one of the Utilities, click on one of the Utilities buttons. [See Basic Setup - Part II]
