Question: I have quite a few prospects that I would like to add to the databse. I understand that they should be entered via the members screen. As they will not have a membership can I suppose that the software assumes that they are then a prospect or should they be tagged in any other way in the software. This is probably obvious but it says that I can then mail either my prospects or various members so I would like to find this out before putting all of their information on.

Answer: When you enter a member into the members screen, they are by default a prospect. They will remain a prospect until such time as you sell them a membership.
