Solution

1) Define a membership that has a limited amount of visits.

 

2) This membership should not be their primary membership when you sell it because the Club Sentry software checks a member in using their primary membership by default. Unless you are a personal training facility only, all members that have more than one membership should have some type of general admittance membership.

 

3) When the member makes a request to have a training session, the trainer should go to the computer and locate that member in the check-in screen. Select that member and then click the "Show All Memberships" button. Select the personal training membership and check the member in. This will deduct one of the visits from that membership.

 

If you want to print a visit voucher for a limited visit type of membership. Go to the "Club Info & Utilities" screen and click the "Misc Settings" button. Check the box where it says "Print Limited Visits Vouchers at Check-in". Select how many vouchers you want printed. Normally this amount is set to three, 1 for the member, 1 for the trainer and 1 for the trainer to turn in so they get paid for the session.
