The new Club Sentry Support Desk is now availalbe to assist you with any questions or issues you may have with running Club Sentry.
On August 1, 2007, Club Sentry, Inc. opened its new Support Desk. Available at

, the new help desk offers a growing knowledge base, Trouble Shooting articles, downloads of software, updates, manuals and other printed matter, the latest Club Sentry news and the ability to open spport tickets to answer your questions and assist you with any issues you may have. Integrated into the package is a chat feature that will allow users to interact with a live support or sales technician.
"We are very excited about the new support desk," said Scott Rodgers, President of Club Sentry. "While we have always prided ourselves on our Customer Service, this new support desk will help us to concentrate our efforts and give our customers, and potential customers, a 24 hour, self-service portal that will answer most questions and allow them to contact us as needed for immediate help. The new chat feature will also allow us to “share†our desktops with users. This will allow us to perform training and trouble shooting tasks more effectively.â€
The Support desk is open to anyone (registered or not) who wants to browse the knowledge base, download the demo or manual or trouble shoot basic issues, but the ability to open tickets is limited to customers with a support subscription. Feel free to register on the site even if you do not have a support subscription. Registering on the Support Desk will allow us to notify you of any updates or news items about Club Sentry that you may be interested in.
